In times of a life-threatening emergency such as when an individual poses an immediate danger to self or others, call 911. While the Philhaven Access Center is available 24 hours a day, we are not equipped to send emergency personnel or services to your location. If you are unsure whether the situation is a true emergency, please call 911 and allow the call-taker to determine whether you need emergency help.

Because we are an ecumenical organization, you as a clergy will also find our process very helpful for you and for those you serve in your ministry.

We are here for you every step of the way. There is no charge for pastoral or chaplaincy services. Our team of chaplains are available 24/7 to meet your needs.
