An invaluable resource for Pastors
Referrals must be made by a mental health provider, pastor, school personnel, parent/guardian, or a county agency. Youth are required to receive a psychological or psychiatric evaluation recommending BHRS. The family has the choice to have the evaluation done at Philhaven.
