While the Philhaven Access Center is available 24 hours a day, we are not equipped to send emergency personnel or services to your location. If you are unsure whether the situation is a true emergency, please call 911 and allow the call-taker to determine whether you need emergency help.

Referrals must be made by a mental health provider, pastor, school personnel, parent/guardian, or a county agency. Youth are required to receive a psychological or psychiatric evaluation recommending BHRS. The family has the choice to have the evaluation done at Philhaven. Inquiries may be made by contacting the Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services office at:
