The Access Center's job is to help you feel better in the shortest time possible! We will help you connect with the care the best suits your needs.

In times of a life-threatening emergency such as when an individual poses an immediate danger to self or others, call 911. While the Philhaven Access Center is available 24 hours a day, we are not equipped to send emergency personnel or services to your location. If you are unsure whether the situation is a true emergency, please call 911 and allow the call-taker to determine whether you need emergency help.

In addition to therapy, your services may include Parent Education. Our Parent Education sessions include a four part Crisis Management Program available to you at no cost. From time to time, other educational programs may be offered as well.
